  • What is Solusi Gudang?

    Solusi Gudang is a trusted marketplace in Indonesia for finding and managing warehouses, shop houses, and land. We connect property owners with warehouse seekers and property agents through an integrated platform.

  • What services does Solusi Gudang offer?

    We provide integrated services including: warehousing, warehouse management systems (WMS), in-plant logistics, project management, material handling equipment, and distribution management. All supported by professional partner networks.

  • Is Solusi Gudang only for large warehouses?

    No. We offer various warehouse sizes from small warehouse units to large industrial facilities. We also provide shop houses and land suitable for different business needs.

  • What are Premium Agent and Advertising Spots?

    Premium Agent is a paid subscription that gives agents additional features such as priority placement in search results, verification badges, and more listing slots. Advertising Spots are paid promotion packages that display your listings in premium positions on the homepage and search results, helping you reach potential renters or buyers faster.

Listing & Search

  • How do I search for warehouses on Solusi Gudang?

    You can use our search feature with filters based on location, size, property type, and facilities. Our system will display listings that match your requirements.

  • How do I become an agent on Solusi Gudang?

    Register as an agent by clicking the Register button on our homepage. After verification, you can start posting listings for warehouses, shop houses, or land and access boost features to increase visibility.

  • How long will my listing be displayed?

    Listings are displayed for 3 months by default. You can extend the display period by purchasing credits or using boost features to maximize exposure.

  • Do listings include photos and descriptions?

    Yes, each listing must have at least 5 photos and a complete description. Photos are optimized using Cloudflare Images for optimal loading performance.

Payment & Billing

  • What payment methods are available?

    We accept iPaymu-supported payment methods, including bank transfer, virtual account, QRIS, e-wallet, and credit card when available. All transactions are processed securely through iPaymu.

  • What are credits/tokens and how do I get them?

    Credits/tokens are virtual currency on the Solusi Gudang platform used for listing fees and boost features. You can purchase credits through the payment page in your agent dashboard.

  • Can I get a refund for unused credits?

    Paid digital promotion services that are already active or consumed are generally non-refundable. Failed transactions, duplicate payments, or overpayments can be reviewed by our team when complete transaction evidence is provided.

  • How do I complete a payment via iPaymu?

    Once you create an invoice (for example, when purchasing Premium Agent or an Advertising Spot), the system will redirect you to the iPaymu payment page. Choose your preferred payment method — Virtual Account, QRIS, e-wallet, or bank transfer — and follow the instructions on the page. Your payment status will be updated automatically in your dashboard once confirmed by iPaymu.

  • How long is an invoice valid before it expires?

    Each invoice is valid for 24 hours from the time it is issued. If it is not completed within that period, the invoice will automatically be marked as expired and you will need to create a new invoice to continue the transaction. Make sure to complete payment before the deadline so your service can be activated promptly.

  • My payment went through but the invoice status hasn't changed yet. What should I do?

    Payment confirmation from iPaymu is usually updated within seconds to a few minutes. Please refresh your dashboard after a short wait. If the status is still unchanged after 30 minutes, contact our team via the contact form with your invoice number, transaction date, and payment proof so we can verify it manually.

  • My payment failed but the amount was deducted from my account. What should I do next?

    If your balance was debited but the invoice is still not marked as paid, please contact our team with the payment proof, invoice number, account email, and transaction date. We will perform reconciliation with iPaymu. If eligible, a refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • When will my Premium Agent or Advertising Spot become active after payment?

    Your service will be activated automatically once the system receives a successful payment confirmation from iPaymu — usually within seconds to a few minutes. You can monitor your subscription and advertising status through your dashboard. If the service is still not active after 30 minutes, please contact our team for manual verification.

Warehousing Services

  • What's the difference between warehousing services and warehouse listings?

    Warehouse listings are properties for rent/sale by owners through our platform. Warehousing services are complete operational services from Solusi Gudang including warehouse management, picking & packing, and distribution.

  • Do you provide warehouse equipment rental?

    Yes, we offer rental of various material handling equipment including forklifts (all types), electric stackers, manual stackers, hand pallets, mover pallets, and weighbridges based on your operational needs.

  • Does Solusi Gudang provide logistics services?

    Yes, we provide in-plant logistics services for material movement within factory areas and distribution coordination from warehouses to sales points. All supported by professional teams.
