Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Solusi Gudang platform, you agree to all applicable terms of service. These terms form the basis of the relationship between users and the platform provider regarding features, content, and services made available.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the services. Continued use after policy updates are published is considered acceptance of the latest version of these terms.
Scope of Services
Solusi Gudang provides marketplace and operational support services for warehouse, shop-house, and land properties, including inquiry handling, listing promotion, and transaction-related information. Service scope may evolve as product features are developed over time.
We may add, modify, or discontinue certain features based on operational, security, and compliance considerations. Material service updates will be communicated reasonably through official platform channels.
User Obligations and Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using our services, including identity details such as name, email, phone number, and address when required. Users are responsible for account activity and for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for unlawful conduct, harmful actions, or disruption of system operations. Violations may result in access restrictions, account suspension, or legal action in accordance with applicable law.
Transaction and Payment Terms
For paid services, users may complete payment through bank transfer, virtual account (VA), e-wallet, or credit card (CC) via authorized payment partners. Each transaction is subject to verification and payment status confirmation based on the applicable processing system.
Users are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct before confirmation. Transaction failures caused by input errors, third-party interruptions, or banking delays may require additional time for verification and resolution.
Service Fees, Billing, and Settlement
All applicable service fees will be presented clearly before transaction confirmation. Users are considered to understand the fee structure, including any external charges imposed by payment processors or banks that are outside the platform's direct control.
Billing issues are resolved based on valid transaction evidence and system records. Solusi Gudang may apply reasonable administrative adjustments to maintain accurate records and complete payment reconciliation processes.
Refund Policy
Digital promotion services that are already active, scheduled, or consumed are generally non-refundable. This includes Premium Agent services and Advertising Spots that have already received display or activation benefits.
Failed transactions, duplicate payments, or overpayments may be submitted for review with transaction evidence, invoice number, and the related account information. Refund decisions follow payment data verification and Solusi Gudang's operational policy.
Prohibited Activities and Restrictions
Users may not misuse the platform for fraud, data manipulation, harmful content distribution, or any activity that violates applicable law. Users are also prohibited from attempting unauthorized system access, disrupting infrastructure, or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms when needed to protect platform security and other users. Additional legal steps may be pursued in accordance with applicable regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Solusi Gudang aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability at all times. Delays, technical disruptions, or force majeure events may occur and can be outside the reasonable control of the service provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to reasonably provable direct losses. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential impacts resulting from platform use.
Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these terms of service from time to time to align with product changes, regulatory developments, and operational needs. The latest version will be published on this page together with the effective update date.
Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the services after updates are published is treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
